We use AI all the time to help us build an idea. Try using it to break the idea before you waste time building it. Before you launch a freebie, offer, funnel, service, email sequence, product, whatever, paste the idea into ChatGPT and say: “Red-team this idea. Don’t improve it yet. Look for anything confusing, missing, contradictory, unrealistic or likely to make someone hesitate. Tell me where I’m making assumptions and what questions a potential customer would still have.” 👀 THEN read what it gives you. Now follow with: “Which 3 of these issues would matter most to the customer, and how would you fix them without making this more complicated?” THIS is one of my favorite ways to use AI. Because sometimes we’ve stared at our own idea for so long that our brain fills in all the missing pieces automatically. Your customer’s brain won’t. 😂 Don’t just use AI to tell you your idea is good. Make it poke holes in it first. That is how you make AI actually WORK for you. 🔥

I’m posting this from the beach. Not to say “look where I am.” But to remind you that sometimes the thing you’re working toward doesn’t look very exciting while you’re building it. It looks like learning something new when you’d rather scroll. Trying again when the first thing didn’t work. Making $0 from something before you make $1. Asking questions, you think you should already know the answer to. Showing up when you’re frustrated. That part counts too. I spent a LOT of years with my life dictated by a work schedule. So, when I started building something different, I wasn’t chasing some internet version of “success.” I wanted options. The option to work from home. The option to travel. The option to randomly decide I need a few days at the beach and bring my work with me. 😂 Your version might look NOTHING like mine. But whatever yours is... Don’t get so frustrated with where you are right now that you quit before you get to see what all this learning can actually build. Keep learning. Keep trying. Keep stacking those skills. One day you might look up and realize the little things you kept doing actually changed your whole damn life. ❤️
