I eat mostly beef,eggs and butter and eat until full. Dont count calories etc
New here, but not to Carnivore
Hi all! I've been eating a zero carb diet for over 6 years. I made the change to deal with medication induced bipolar disorder (turns out dairy and peanuts were also contributing to the insanity), and there have been many physical health benefits, too. I'd say it's saved my life. If anyone has any questions, I'm happy to share my experience. 🙃🙂

Family get together
So this past weekend my family did a lake trip which usually has lots of junk snack food, beer etc. This was the case along with some beautiful pies 😳 but…. I did good y’all I didnt cheat. I stuck to carnivore all the way thru. I made sure I had plenty of beef jerky and cheese as my snacks and then eggs or meat for my meals. Drank water or club soda. While everyone ate pie I got up and cleaned the kitchen. They were all stuffed and I felt amazing . 💪🏻

@세라 박 I agree its tough but my motivation has been I want to be healthier. Ive had a few times Ive almost caved but didnt. Keep your head up friend your doing great
Weight Loss stagnant!
Hey guys! Haven’t posted in a while but still full on Carnivore! Starting my 6th week and have not lost any since Week 4! I feel better in so many ways so I am not freaking out too much! Just excited to lose a good bit to be able to be active longer and keep up with my 16 year old son!!!

@Gina Cerone yw I saw on instagram someone had said if you plateau you probably not getting enough fat. I tried eating more butter and fattier cuts of meat and it seems to be helping
