My air conditioner
I have my air conditioner that turns on, but I know it’s not blowing any cold air in my house. I put the digital thermometer and it only reads 80° when I have my unit set to cool. I made a video but I can’t tell what is possibly wrong.

I thought the compressor lines and evaporator were for a sealed compartment, so where does the Freon go, or does it just run low?

Warranty on a DIY install
Looking for advice on how to register a replacement install (split system heat pump) with the manufacturer to have some resemblance of a warranty for a DIY install. Everything I read says they require a licensed contractor. I'm not licensed but I am allowed to install in my own home, and I have my EPA 608 cert, and I'm getting permits (see previous thread). Installing a Goodman R32 heat pump system. Do I take lots of video and pictures showing a proper install? Proof in the building permit to operate? Pay a local contractor just to get the warranty (which negates some of the cost savings)? Dave, other ideas?
