Hii, one week ago I joined this community. Unable to talk to somebody new. Now it has been one week, and no, I am not the most confident person on earth now without any barriers :D, but... I came here around the time the 7-day blitz started. I have seen many people make insane progress, so congratulations to them; you are awesome. For me this week was more about getting started and doing the first steps. On wednesday I started and greeted one person, quietly, low confidence, almost too late, of course he did not reply, but I was happy I did it. On thursday I greeted two people still not that confident but one actually replied, which was quite heartwarming. On friday I greeted, complimented a guy on his coat and he was surprised and happy :D. Then I greeted a guy during walk and he looked at me like wth? and I was happy for a rejection :D. Then I complimented a guy on his beard. On friday and other days I really felt the social flow once I got started. Since I joined here I am more aware, I started taking ACTION even tho these are probably daily bread for many of you for me it became a huge success and a step forward. I also noticed I can speak more deeply with people I dont now that much but we now each other through school etc. since I am not afraid to ask them now. On saturday I ran on an event with friends and did not get to speak much with other people apart simple one word exchanges during the run. Today I greeted one person, but... on wednesday I was quite low-confident, quiet and this one was normal confident hi and I was not scared at all tbh. Then when I had like three more chances I dont know why but I got shy again and did not take them. To finish I wanted to share how a quite not very social guy like me got the improve so much in one week. I really feel the difference in a good way and it is thanks to you in the community. Today I got stomped again :D when it comes to progress but it is alright, I feel really good with both highs and lows so this also a motivation to you out there who struggle that you dont need to start huge, just one simple hello can trigger a series of actions which can spark a huge change.
