Adaptive Mindset
Change is the only constant in leadership. What matters most is how we respond when things shift. That response can either keep us stuck or help us grow. So I am curious. When things change, do you usually lean on what has always worked for you, or do you like to try new approaches? What has helped you navigate change better lately?
