Learn to build an HVAC AI Voice Agent Receptionist system. I walk through scoping out the project, engineering the perfect prompt, building in Retell AI, and most importantly, rigorously testing the system to ensure it's production-ready. Check it out ๐
@Tony T 1. Have a specific service to sell (help hvac companies book 30% more jobs with ai voice receptionists). We need to productize our services, not just say "I build ai systems for businesses". 2. Write out the offer doc (use alex hormozi's 100m offers book as inspiration), dont go too crazy here, make it good, make it compelling, make it seem so good that they feel dumb saying no. Pharge accordingly, but its better to charge a little less than you normally would, you can adjust this later, but you need testimonials. Also delivery should be fast, think 5-7 days. People buy transformations and outcomes, not features. 3. Then reach out to people you know (warm traffic), ask if they know anyone who is in __ industry who could benefit from getting 30% more jobs (or something like that) 4. Reach out to cold people (actual Hvac people) you need to have a rough prototype of the agent. Doesnt need to be perfect, literally could just answer the phone, ask some diagnostic questions and then book on the calendar. record it as a loom so you can prove that it works). Write down all rejections and objections; this will help you refine messaging. 5. When you get your first sale, NOW you build the full thing. You can hire someone to build it, or build it yourself. The great thing is that you can now use this as a template for all the other projects youll be getting, plus you can re-record that video and even give them a phone number to call and test it themselves. 6. Finally, you scale. After 5 clients, increase it a bit, after 10, increase, after 15, increase, etc etc... You will find a number that works well. I mean if the value is there, people will pay. Notes: 1. People will pay if your productized service solves a real problem, and the perceived value is higher than what they are going to pay. 2. This is freaking uncomfortable to do, but its what NEEDS to be done in order to make money. Unless you have a social following, you need to approach people. And even then, a social following gives you more credibility, but you still need to approach people and sell. Those who have success go after it.
@Tony T Or even just email man, I mean tbh im targeting people in my local city for now. I can always expand later. Idk what the economy looks like there, but its 100% possible to land good work. Just position it right.
