Hey Everybody I want to introduce you to my Performance Coach Gabe. He does sports psychology without the bullshit doctor clinical shit. He has a master's and thinks we care about that. but he asked me to put in. In short, I meet with Gabe each week and we discuss my goals for the week and sharpen up any of the cognitive and mental performance techniques that he has taught me over the last two years. I fly him in for every retreat I do. He teaches mental performance techniques, meditation, pre-performance routines and other shit that I forgot. In fact he is sitting right next to me trying to correct my grammar but I dont give a fuck.
