Can someone help me?
These past few weeks I've been putting on muscle mass but my main goal is to lose more fat and for some reason I haven't been losing so much us I used to so I'm asking for help if anyone knows some things that I can do to help me with fat loss
Day 27
I had a lot of homework to do I did all of my goals except one because I exeded the calories that I should have eaten today
Day 24
It was a chill day i hit all of my goals and did some cardio.
Day 23
I had one of the best chest days I had so much energy and did great and also I'm really starting to see results from the gym.
Day 21
Day was pretty chill did some hw spent time with friends and also hit all of my goals. Also does someone have any low calorie food suggestions?
