What Is Shamanism?
Shamanism isn't about believing strange things. At its heart, shamanism is about direct spiritual experience. Instead of someone telling you what Spirit wants you to know, shamanic practice gives you a way to seek your own experience. And one of the primary practices used for doing that is called the shamanic journey. ➡️You don't have to change religions. ➡️You don't have to call yourself a shaman. ➡️And you certainly don't have to believe everything somebody tells you about the spirit world. Start with curiosity. Learn the practice. Have the experience. Then decide for yourself what that experience means. That's where shamanism gets interesting. ❓What interests you most about shamanism: healing, spiritual connection, guidance, or simply curiosity? If you're curious but don't know where to begin, that's exactly what the Meet Your Helping Spirit workshop is all about. You'll learn the practice, take your first shamanic journey and have a direct experience. You'll find it all in the classroom: https://www.skool.com/the-shamans-journey/classroom/60f8693a?md=e3b3da856694472a8bc9ea7bf15d3cb7

For myself it's about understanding and alignment with the source that this flesh encapsulates

Which do you trust first: your intuition or your doubts?

Both intuition and self-doubt access the same inner voice Discernment is realized through understanding one protects while the other hides the light that is you. Practicing this knowledge is and has been the difference with trusting intuition over self-doubt for myself. When I do not apply this, self-doubt is the loudest I am a simple minded creature fallible by nature

@Anthony Rios I'm not saying "how it is for me" as humans we are fallible Do you hold such pride in your heart and call yourself a healer? If you are unable to interpret my sayings or lack the ability of questioning the negative in your own mind, how is it you claim to heal. To heal would require understanding. You don't ask a plumber to bake you a cake... You go to someone that understands
You really are your first client!
Every tool I teach, you practice on yourself first. Not because you're a guinea pig. It's because you are the proof. The grounding you want to offer to others has to hold your own worst day first. The releasing you want to guide someone through has to have moved your own grief first. The boundaries you want to teach have to have survived your own family 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁. This is how the old lineages trained. The healer's first patient was always the healer. Years on yourself before anyone laid on your table. The modern world flips it. Learn a technique Saturday, practice on strangers Monday. And then we wonder why so much healing work out there is so shallow. Here we keep the old order. You are your first client. Your own system is your first classroom. Every wound you move through yourself becomes a room you can guide someone else out of, because you know it from the inside. So when the work on yourself feels slow, reframe it. This is not the delay before your service. This 𝗶𝘀 your service, in its first and most honest form. What have you healed in yourself that you could now guide someone through? Name it. That is your curriculum forming.

@Anthony Rios the truth is, being healed in one place and time and not required any further healing means you are stagnant, in a void where the truth of life is obsolete. Thought out life you will raise and fall and thus; require healing. I said nothing of our words having nor not having power to declare scare healing I'm sure you are not under any delusion that would misled you to believe otherwise
What Do You Need Right Now?
Without overthinking it: what do you need more of right now—grounding, clarity, courage, or direction?

@Elsie Soulier it's not a weakness. It was a shifting, the experience shifted self perception to external perception. What you seek is within you. I say this with humble intentions of self alignment both yours and mine. ~Blessed be~

@Anthony Rios yes separating the external from the internal takes time to separate. The vital part of this journey is to learn the internal voice and the external voice that mimics the qualities of the internal, this is not a light switch to simply switch Intention is the process, the journey in itself connects us to a source of oneness
The Shamanic Journey isn't meditation
A shamanic journey isn't meditation. People sometimes use the words meditation, visualization and shamanic journey interchangeably. I don't. In the practice I teach, a shamanic journey has a specific purpose. You intentionally shift your attention away from ordinary awareness and enter what shamanic traditions describe as nonordinary reality. Drumming helps support that shift. But here's the important part: You're not just sitting there trying to relax. You enter with an intention. You journey. You observe what happens. You interact. You receive information. And then you intentionally return. It's a practice. And like any practice, you can learn how to do it. Before hearing this, what did you think a shamanic journey was? In the workshop, Meet Your Helping Spirit, I'm teaching you the actual process instead of simply talking about it. Let me know how it's going after your complete the workshop

Journey is intentional movement. shamanic journey movement describes the shift from obvious understanding to actualized truths that vibrate at different levels from collective vibrations

@Anthony Rios it in itself is in constant shift Not being able to repeat vibrational movement Each truth is validated by the truth of its own frequencies The one constant is sitting in that energy and realizing its own truth, becoming one with self tells its own truths
