Bio: Reformed couch potato

Bio: Updating my bio because progress! I have a big scary goal of doing an Ironman 70.3 in mid-2027. 💪 🏊🏻‍♀️🚴🏻‍♀️🏃🏻‍♀️ 💪

Bio: Canadian who likes to bike, run, swim...and eat. Food is my favourite thing. I ride a Trek 7.3 hybrid, which suits me perfectly for my work commute.

Bio: Endurance cyclist aiming at 4-digit km figures per ride (not there yet, but 600+ already done)

Bio: I went from road cycling a lot to riding single track trails about 15 years ago due to the worsening traffic. I just love all kinds of cycling!!!
