That was the moment everything clicked for me. I realized I was tired of letting other people decide my ceiling. So in April 2018, while still working my corporate job, I started Young and Profiting. My mindset became: If I can’t lead 7,000 young employees inside one company, I’ll go lead millions outside of it. That decision changed my life. What I learned is this: Gatekeepers can delay you.
