New vegan
Hey guys! I just started to transition to a plant based diet, I'm trying to figure out how to build muscle and eat enough protein on a vegan diet in a more adorable way. I've made a lot of progress but realized ive been spending way too much on groceries trying to hit protein goals and found it unsustainable, i would like to find a more affordable way to reach protein targets to maintain muscle without relying so much on fake meats or tofu

Understand that. Me, I love beans and they don't bother me much. Make batches of tacos and chili, then change it up with what I pair with it. Do bowls over rice, salad mix, baked potatoes, tortilla chips or wraps. Add some nutritional yeast, too. But, yeah, tofu, seitan and tempah have some of the biggest punch. If you have time, there's receipes on how to make your own of each of them, saving money doing it. I haven't done that yet, but plan on trying to make my own seitan.
What music do you listen at the gym?
What music do you like to listen to while training at the gym, and what really motivates you? I find that the right music can make an incredible difference. For me, I’ve found that I prefer listening to motivating instrumental music. I used to listen to a lot of hip-hop, but in my opinion, the lyrics often don’t have the best mindset as they frequently deal with violence and similar themes. Maybe you see it differently. Do you have any tips for good workout music or playlists? Maybe you’d like to share your favorite music.

I'm lucky that I actually like the music my gym plays. I actually had to stop myself from bustin' a move last night. Don't think the younginz want to see a 56 yo trying to remember moves from high school and college days. 😂

Thanks for posting the recording from last night. Great intro and info shared! That was a lot packed in one hour! Really appreciated the suggestions for vitamins and supplements. I'm going more whole food/plant based and have been looking for those that won't break the bank and that someone actually has used.
