Understand that. Me, I love beans and they don't bother me much. Make batches of tacos and chili, then change it up with what I pair with it. Do bowls over rice, salad mix, baked potatoes, tortilla chips or wraps. Add some nutritional yeast, too. But, yeah, tofu, seitan and tempah have some of the biggest punch. If you have time, there's receipes on how to make your own of each of them, saving money doing it. I haven't done that yet, but plan on trying to make my own seitan.
