Leon , good or bad idea? I have noticed tons of realtors post upcoming listings and will post once a listing goes live on Instagram. They put out great video and make it entertaining. Idea would be to go to the area and door knock letting people know of an upcoming listing or one that has gone live and use your scripts. I am getting my license this month and I was in car sales for 20 plus years ... I have the thick skin and not afraid of rejection ... what are your thoughts on this idea ... could it create problems with the realtors putting it out on social media all the time ... Thanks BTW I can believe there are so few in this community...
