Starting back.
Recovery has been slower than ever. Legs rubbery, tight hip. Sleep off. I think I came in here not as prepared or conditioned and over did it. Starting over tomorrow. Will be slower to build. Thanks for your encouragement. Goal: fat loss; muscle gain, wt. going from 240 pds to 200 eventually. Plan: like 30-day. 12/12 IF, but more cautious on the KB exercises. Start with morning 2-handed swings x50 and goblet carry. Later in day: 2 sets x10 reps x 20 pds (pushups against counter; Goblet squats alt with deadlift, bent over rows; hang; suitcase carry; walk). 2X/week. Suggestions?

I feel you with the sleep off comment. I’m there now, hopefully that will clear up over the next week or so 🤞
Forearm Pain During Cleans (3 Cues to Fix It!)
One of the biggest complaints most guys have regarding kettlebell training is how the kettlebell destroys the top of their forearms during the clean. I wanna remedy that for you with 3 simple cues!!! This is a clip from a YouTube video I've got cued up for tomorrow, but I wanted to give you guys the first look. Avoid the pain and get them gains!!! Hands Up...KEEP FIGHTING!!

I found if you practice just pulling the bell straight up into the clean allowed me to get the bell to wrap around during the hand insertion first. Then adding the swing later allowed better control and less forearm bashing
