So impressed with Atomik Labz right now! The QR code wouldn't scan on my recent cjc vial and the janosik verification wasnt working, so I asked Atomik to see what was up with it. They responded by telling me they found a fault in their COA for that batch. They then took it a step further to make it right by sending me a new vial and the matching COA. I saw my tracking before their response email and was so confused until I read it lol. Accountability, apology, and above and beyond solution... all just from me asking for vial verification. This is the customer service we should expect from these American vendors making so much off of us lol. Not my first atomik order and clearly won't be my last. Great company!
