My name is Bill Esguerra, and I have worked in real estate since 2004. I began my real estate journey as a mortgage broker in Long Island, NY, the good ol'days of no doc loans and stated income. Over the years, I've owned rental properties, invested in multifamily, and had some fix-and-flip projects. Currently, my main areas of focus are Private Money Lending, Business Acquisitions, and eventually organizing syndications for multifamily development. I am also developing a white-label AI software for real estate investors—a comprehensive, all-in-one platform designed to replace tools like Privy, XLead, and Propstream. This software will generate websites, include full SEO capabilities, and create an AI version of users to handle all social media postings. Stay tuned!
