Guilty: I often don't make decisions. I think it's the ADHD... but it doesn't matter. I'm aware of it and I still put off critical decisions, as if they're going to make themselves. And often--they do! To my detriment.

I became a LOT more successful when I stopped being a perfectionist. LONG AGO, I would not let anything go until it was "perfect." (And I NEVER finished anything because, well, nothing is ever perfect. I think we all know this...) But it's more than that. I believe in things like "good is good enough." You shouldn't even get near 100 percent on your first go-round. Make a "Minimum Viable Product" (MVP). It has to deliver on ONE promise, and at first, it should be a *small* promise. Then iterate until it's "good enough." Then HIRE somebody to put the finer touches on it while you go build some other MVP.
