Is there a best practice on importing buyers/investors in versus lists?

There is the ability to post a deal on XLeads (I think via LeadPipes). What is the link to see what that looks like prior to starting post deals out there. I wanted to see what the interface looks like and how much activity there is - before we start using it. Has anyone here used it?
