I Tested 500+ AI Tools So You Don't Have To — Dan Martell's Ranked List for 2026
If you've ever felt overwhelmed by the sheer number of AI tools out there, this video is going to be a relief. Dan Martell runs an AI venture studio where he launches AI companies every single month. That means he literally has to know which AI tools are actually worth your time and which ones are a complete waste. He's personally tested 500+ of them so that you don't have to. He ranks every tool on one simple question: how much do you put in vs. how much do you get out — in terms of money, time, and energy? Three things that got my attention: 1. ChatGPT may not be your best bet. Dan compares it to MySpace — first to market, everyone loved it, but he thinks it's heading for a slow decline. There are better tools that most entrepreneurs are completely overlooking. 2. The S-tier (absolute best) tools are NOT the ones you're being sold on right now. He goes through 20+ tools including Claude, Gemini, Grok, Perplexity, NotebookLM, Lovable, Granola.ai, Gumloop, n8n, and more. Some real surprises in the rankings. 3. There's a tool called Frank (hellofrank.ai) — an AI financial co-pilot for your business. Ask it which service line is actually profitable. Ask it if you can afford to hire someone. Fast, accurate, visual answers. Every entrepreneur needs this. This isn't a list video full of fluff. Dan is building companies with these tools. When he rates something S-tier or says to run away, he's speaking from real experience building real businesses. Which AI tools are YOU using right now? Drop a comment — I'd love to know what's working in your business.

The Only 14 Ways to Actually Make Money with AI in 2026 (Ranked by Someone Who's Actually Doing It)
Every week someone sends me a new "make money with AI" video. Most of them I skip. This one I watched twice. Dan Martell - who literally launches a new AI company every single month - sat down and ranked all 14 real ways to make money with AI right now. Not theory. Not hype. A tier list from someone who's actually in the trenches building these things. And honestly, his rankings are going to surprise you. Here's what jumped out at me. The big winner, his S-tier pick, is AI agent development. Building custom AI agents that automate the internal operations of real businesses. Think of it like being a contractor who wires up a company's AI nervous system. The demand is exploding, the competition is still low, and the value you deliver is massive. Right behind it in S-tier is managed AI cybersecurity. As AI gets more powerful, so do the threats. Businesses need experts who use AI to protect them from AI-powered hacking and social engineering. Wildly profitable, long-term staying power, and almost no competition yet. What I loved about the video is Dan also tells you what NOT to do. Faceless AI YouTube channels? F-tier. AI content slop is already dying. People are tired of it. Don't waste your time. And near the end, he walks you through his exact launch process - how he validates a new AI company with real customer conversations, pre-sells before building anything, and gets paying customers before writing a single line of code. That section alone is worth watching. If you're an entrepreneur trying to figure out where AI actually fits into your future business, this is the most grounded, practical breakdown I've seen this year. Big ideas are waiting. Go find yours. Bill

MUST-WATCH: How to Build a $10K/Month AI Business With No Code or Team
Hey Big Idea Future Network, I just watched a 16-minute video that pulls together advice from six of the most respected builders in AI right now, and it might be the most practical thing I have shared in a while. Marina from Silicon Valley Girl asked them all one question, if you had to start over in 2026 with just AI and a laptop, what would you build to hit your first ten thousand a month? The lineup is unreal, Gary Vee, Amjad Masad from Replit, Young Zhao from OpusClip, Mati Staniszewski from ElevenLabs, Alex Mashrabov from Higgsfield, and Bill Gurley. Each one brings a different angle and together they form a real playbook. Three things stood out to me. ONE, the gold is in BORING niches with existing services you can replace with AI. TWO, voice agents are the most under-the-radar opportunity right now, especially for local service businesses that have not even heard the term yet. THREE, do not wait until you have built something to get customers, organic content beats paid ads in 2026 and you should aim to monetize by day 30. Watch it here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZK-TCkETAFw After you watch, drop a comment below and tell me, which of the six frameworks would YOU run with first if you were starting from zero this week?
