RinDig/icm-architect It runs in pretty much any agent now: Codex, Gemini CLI, Hermes, Claude Code, Cursor. Or hand the folder to any model and tell it to use the skill. Workspaces now start from an AGENTS .md file, so they aren’t tied to one company’s tools. It would work with others before just not as reliably, should be better now. I also cleaned it up a lot. The whole method comes down to three building blocks now: a sequence of steps, a shelf of same-shaped files, and a small map that points to everything. Every step ends at a check, whether that’s you looking at it or a small model doing it, so a mistake gets caught before the next step builds on it. There are also some small scripts that check your links and draw your whole workspace as a graph you can click through (very basic graph, obsidian is better for viz ill make a nicer one later) github.com/RinDig/icm-architect Install steps for each agent are in the README. I have been working on getting away from being a perfectionist for some time now. Many years. Sometimes I am successful. Sometimes not. Today was one of the not days. I was making many updates to my linkedin profile. I was doing them all at once for consistency purposes. I did not want updates going out to my network for every update that I was making. So I tuned off the “share updates” function. Unfortunately, linkedin can be sneaky. In some of the updates that I had made there was a separate share button that I did not pay attention to. My network received a bunch of updates. I especially did not want my latest employer to see. Not because they matter (at least I keep telling myself that), but because I wanted them to find out a different way. I felt sick when one of my friends on linkedin congratulated me regarding one of my updates. That meant to me that everyone got a boatload of updates. Looks like my whole network got only one update. At least that is what I know so far. I wanted the transition to go PERFECTLY. Well it doesn’t matter now. I just have to convince myself of that. 🥴 I guess what is done, is done.

Long time no see everyone. I wonder if I’m a late starter and everyone uses my newly explored trick for my team or if it’s a revolutionary idea 😊 I build AGENTs for my team and started using .files for things they shouldn’t see. Not because I wanna be secretive but because they can’t break what the don’t see (if it’s protected of course) and their view is clear for the things that matter. Simple example: Project folder —— .AGENT.md —— .logo.svg —— .style.css —— TEMPLATE.html —— 01_inbox —— 02_output In that case the template - is filled with data from the inputs copied to the output for instance. The output html the can open and print as pdf, like a contract we use over and over again and is branded. They don’t need to see css, logo or not even the AGENT.
