Instantly attaching metrics for reference. Volume is way too low right now I'd need more inboxes to scale sends, which is the plan. Sitting about 5% below KPI which tells me it's not just a volume issue the offer itself needs work. Offer fix been getting too much friction on calls. The service pitch had too many moving parts. Built out a tiered system now, all driving toward the same outcome. New offer is built around a specific quantifiable promise 2× income, 90-day timeframe, double risk reversal (don't pay if I don't deliver + free continuation until I do). Much cleaner to sell please criticize. Outreach shift was running a Dream 100 style approach for high value outreach (HVO) not converting the way I wanted. Shifting to permission based sending instead then sending HVO which is actually what's been working. I've got a personal brand running on IG and LinkedIn when prospects click through they should already be warm. The pattern I'm seeing in replies confirms it most respond with something like "curious about these newsletters/services tell me more" then I push to a call. Pipeline's moving just need to tighten the front end.
