1. “Maybe I’m just not capable of making this work. Maybe I’m one of those people who tries, but never actually becomes successful. I don’t have enough time, confidence, consistency or knowledge, and maybe I just don’t have what it takes.” I think another part of it is: “Other people can make this work, but maybe I’m not one of them.(lucky) ” That seems to be one of the biggest beliefs holding me back. 2.My Father, husband and mother in law.. “I think I learned this over time from experiences where I felt like I wasn't good enough, wasn't doing enough, or couldn't keep up. I started believing that success belongs to people who are more confident, more disciplined, more talented or have more time than I do.” “The voice sounds like a mixture of my own fear, past disappointments and the pressure I put on myself to get everything right. It tells me that if I haven't succeeded yet, maybe I never will.” 3.“I am capable of learning this. I don't have to have everything figured out today. My current circumstances do not determine my future. I am a mom, a teacher and a woman who is trying to build something better for her family. Of course I'm tired. Of course I'm overwhelmed sometimes. That doesn't mean I'm incapable. I don't need to become someone else to be successful. I need to stop expecting myself to do everything perfectly and start taking small, consistent steps. Other people's success doesn't prove that I can't do it. And my lack of results so far doesn't mean I'm a failure. I am allowed to learn slowly. I am allowed to make mistakes. I am allowed to start again. I don't need to know exactly how my story ends. I just need to believe that I am capable of writing a different next chapter.”
