After a month of mindset work,@Chani Thakkar started applying second week of Feb and in 68 days she got her verbal offer on April 10th and it took another 2 weeks for her to sign it and now she will start at her new job with an epic salary package (just shy of $200k) and working in a team that values her. Watch this video to see what worked for her after quitting a toxic job and almost having her entire professional life implode to now confidently interviewing for senior roles in one of the most competitive spaces of Data Science. I am beyond proud of the personal growth journey she has taken on in the last few months and how much she has grown as a person.
