Glad to be here, loads of information I am finding very helpful

Hello everyone! My name is Evans Lartey. I am in the Washington DC area, and I would like to make $21,000 per month on average dispatching trucks. I would like to (1) acquire the skills to effectively sign-up and retain careers over extended periods, (2) access productive load-boards and become very proficient at using them, and (3) develop the most cutting-edge strategies on positioning lanes for my careers. For fun, I like to enjoy nature - landscapes, mountain hikes, skiing, and small boat rides on lakes. I also enjoy classical music, theatre performances, and 90's R&B music. Looking forward to having productive engagements with you all. Best, E

I got my first carrier! He found me on Instagram and we had the sales call today, he signed the contract and sent it back after the call. Our onboarding call is Wednesday and he has a 40ft Hotshot. I'm super excited that this is all coming together. Now I don't feel like I'm 'starting a business' like the business is up and running really quick and im just here for the ride lol. I've only been in the paid course for a month so I know I have a lot to learn. If anyone has any experience with Hotshots, or hotshots in the Texas area, I'd love to pick your brain :)
