Hello Doctor Tassoni, I have a question I'm 5dpo counting from the day I had egg white little bloody discharge. I normally test for ovulation but not this month because I wanted a stress free month. However I'm 5dpo but now I have brownish tan spotting when I wiped. 2x so far . So my question is, could this be implantation spotting/bleeding? Is that too early to have or no, or could the tanish brown blood be something else? Today I have headaches, cramps, constipation, bloating, nausea, sore boobs, my right hand has been shaky today, super tired and I dreamt of 2 positive pregnancy tests duringmy nap. Yesterday I was super tired, cotton mouth, bloated, cramp left side, headache, moody, left leg cramp, nausea, and tmi I kept getting dry during sex but after 40 min. Oh and acid reflux I've never had that either.(that was horrible on my throat) Sorry for the long post just inquiring about implantation bleeding/spotting. Thank you for your time. After 2 plus years of conceiving 1 miscarriage and 1 ectopic pregnancy that ruptured and lost a fallopian tube I am starting to stress and be depressed. I'm really not trying to. I have now resorted to making an appointment with a fertility clinic. I feel as if my body has indeed failed me. Is there anything else that may be helpful to try instead of fertility treatments that I can do on my own? I take supplements and well all the supplements that I take are now getting hard to swallow each day. Any and all advice is welcomed.

Good morning Dr, I had came on my menstrual cycle 9 days early due to an anovulatory cycle. However I had forgotten not to take vitex out of my vitamin regimen because of the shorten cycle and I had accidentally taken them on the first two days of this new cycle. Would everything be OK? Or what could happen?

Good afternoon Dr, I have a question I have noticed that I haven't ovulated 3x this yr and it seems like 4 right now..other than vitex and evening primrose in which im already taking what other things or supplements can I do to promote ovulation? I am 44 yrs old and always been fertile. Thank you 😊
