Morning, I wont make this one as I caught the leurgy and am a snotty and coughing mess 🤧 I came back from an amazing hot hot hols to Turkey on Tuesday and blame the plane aircon for my snuffles... either that or I need to go back to Turkey 😆 🌞 p.s if you get a chance to go to the Dalaman region in Turkey, it is soooo pretty with clear turquoise waters for snorkeling... so many fish to swim with!

Protein on the go
From the UK - Aldi Just popped in and saw these on offer. Good for a quick on the go protein fix 😝. Yoghurts were 75p and the shakes were 79p. I also like mixing the shake with my overnight oats and chia for a bit more ooomf to them!
