I just watched the video - my crown doesn't need cleaning, but after yesterday, it does need to be straightened! One of the things I remind myself of daily is that not everyone holds themselves to the standards that I hold myself. It is disappointing when someone shows their true colors - especially when they need to hold someone else accountable for their actions. Stay true to yourself.
