Where do you struggle with fear in your healing journey?
I’m writing a lesson on fear today and wondering where it most often pops up for people? In what supplements to take? What not to eat? Where is safe to live? What are next steps? What people will think? Will people believe me? Where have you seen fear creep into your own journey? How have you pushed back against it?

@Amanda Mirrlees I think you are right. I probably need to go through and weed out most of who I follow. Sometimes I think my radar isn’t as sharp when choosing what to follow. I think I tend to be a little gullible? Thank you for sharing your thoughts with me!

@Coleen Huebert I just read through some of my notes when I did the Mold class with you and the first thing I read was “too much information can keep you in fear”. I needed that reminder. Today I am living in the moment and enjoying my many blessings. Thank you!
You can heal!
I get asked a lot if people can fully heal from mold. My answer is always “yes!” I believe that our bodies are capable of healing. It helps if we can get out of mold or remove the mold at least for a while so we can give ourselves more space to heal. Then we support the body and it will do what it needs to in order to heal. Now some people do have a longer journey than others, but it is possible. Don’t give up hope. You are not a victim. Use the tools in the Foundations First class to help you to move forward on your journey. Do you believe we have an inherent ability to heal and that people can heal from chronic diseases? What have you heard to be most helpful for people as they heal?

I believe the human body has the amazing ability to regenerate and heal. I’ve read where the liver and thyroid tissue regenerates new tissue over time and I believe other parts of our body do as well. Dr. Josh Axe talks about that in his books and podcasts. That gives me hope for healing from chronic diseases.
Is this group helpful for you?
I am trying to decide by next Monday if I will continue to pay for this group. Please let me know if it's been helpful for you and what you like best so that if I keep it open, I know where to focus my energy. Only 3 people are paying the $9 per month membership, but it costs me $100 per month. If you want to see this group continue, please upgrade so it is more feasible. I had increased the price to $19 per month, but will take it back down as a bonus for you to join and help support building the group. Let me know where you're at with this and your thoughts on how we can improve this group.

When I am on this site, I always learn something or reminded of something good I need to incorporate and I always enjoy connecting with people who can relate but I will be honest, I have been working a lot more lately and my plate is really full so I haven’t been as involved. The content is excellent! Is it possible to tap into some of the mold groups on social media and share your link? I don’t know… maybe that’s not allowed?
Rubber & Glass Ball Theory
I was stopped in my tracks. So I recently came across a little different perspective, called the rubber ball and glass ball theory. Everyday we are juggling so much. Work. House. Messages. Commitments. Expectations. Family. The list just goes on…and on. It can feel relentless and repetitive. Here’s the perspective that stopped me in my tracks, not every ball were holding is the same. Some are rubber. They can drop. The missed workout. The unanswered email. The laundry that waits. The plans you keep rescheduling. They bounce. They recover. They’re forgiving. But some are glass. And those are sacred. The bedtime chats. The slow mornings. The laughter around the dinner table. The quiet moments with your significant other or a pet. The ordinary days that don’t look big at the time, but one day you realize was everything. Glass doesn’t bounce, it breaks. I’m learning that success isn’t about keeping every ball in the air perfectly. It’s about knowing which ones you can let fall and which ones you need to protect. Because in the end, it won’t be the perfectly managed schedule that defines our life. It’ll be the moments we chose to guard. Guard the glass. Let the rubber bounce. If you are juggling alot right now, just remember it’ll be ok you will get through this, I know you are strong! Take a slow deep breath and let it out softly then tell yourself “I will be ok, I can do this”💪🏼

Great reminder! I love this analogy! Thanks for sharing!
Would love your opinion!
I am continually trying to improve this community. I would love your feedback on the About page and the cover image. Skool is advertising our communities on Facebook, but only show our cover image. What would you change to catch people's attention who could use this community? Do I need to make the tag line bigger, change the picture? Be more clear about mold illness? Skool suggests having a picture of a human on the image. Those images attract more people which is why my face is on there. Thoughts?
Would love your opinion!

I agree with Amanda. Everything is clearly stated but I’d increase the font size on the tag line.
