I get really confused about where to keep photos and bits of video for making social media content quickly and easily. Canva, edits, my personal phone, Google drive? It's chaotic ly everywhere! I have lots of really nice content my problem is making posts quickly. Because of my dyslexia one of my team is supposed to make my ideas into content. But I'm so chaotic it's not going smoothly. The main problem is her getting the content quickly and easily. So if I put it in the right place in the beginning that would help!

Hi Rosie I love your content on Instagram. As you are asking a member of your team to create your content I would have a shared Google Drive and upload all your videos and photos there. Agree a folder system and naming convention for the files and then they can easily find the content. Any consent forms can also go in the same folder. Your team member then only needs to upload the best examples into Canva to work with.

So lovely to see your face and hear your voice. Your mic holder made me giggle ! Thanks for sharing my question Amy. I love the idea of this being a place of support. And seeing videos makes it feel like a real place - less a digital place. I feel a zoom call would be great too so we can meet more members. I will check out the foundations course and invite some celebrant friends to join. And as ever, your Friday prompt is excellent. I have a ceremony to write but feel myself wanting to do your prompts and course instead. I always try and start the day with some marketing. … and then get into the writing (otherwise the former would never happen).

Hi Amy I love the purpose of this group. Thank you so much for setting it up and sharing your tips and excellent advice. It can feel quite lonely - especially when being ghosted by funeral directors you thought you clicked with ! It takes a while to get your name out there. I’d like to know if the remit of this group extends to asking for advice / support from other group members regarding specific situations (eg a tricky funeral) or whether you would like to keep it focussed on improving our visibility?
