Whose Image Do You Bear?
Living Above Manipulation in a World That Demands Our Allegiance As believers navigating today's cultural pressures. We must be reminded that the ultimate issue is not politics, public opinion, or social influence, but identity. If we truly bear God's image and belong to Him, our words, decisions, and our loyalties should reflect His Kingdom rather than the agendas of this world. This point ties beautifully to Jesus' profound statement in Matthew 22:21: "Give to Caesar what belongs to Caesar, and give to God what belongs to God." "The coin bears Caesar's image. You bear God's image. Have you given yourself fully to the One whose image you carry?" So lets ask ourselves these questions: (As we ask each one lets get real with ourselves for a moment and allow the Holy Spirit to speak to our heart so we may be more transformed into His image and not the image of this world.) Who Owns Your Heart? Who Shapes Your Thinking? Whose Voice Are You Following? Have We Become Easy to Manipulate?
Luke 10:38–42 You can be ...
You can be serving Jesus and neglecting Jesus at the same time. Busyness often reveals what is happening inside us. This week, ask yourself: - Am I spending more time doing things for God than being with God? - Have I become distracted, worried, or frustrated because I've neglected time in His presence? - What would it look like for me to intentionally sit at Jesus' feet each day? Choose one practical way to prioritize His presence this week: - Spend time in prayer before starting your day. - Read a chapter of Scripture before checking your phone. - Sit quietly and listen for His voice. - Worship before beginning your work. Remember: Jesus is not asking for more activity. He is inviting you into deeper intimacy. You can serve Jesus and still miss Jesus. The greatest priority is to sit at His feet before serving with your hands.

This looks like being intentional with our time with our Father. This is the season I am in right now the season of intent, relationship and stewardship in my intentional walk with him.
Luke 10:21–24 The greatest joy in the Kingdom is not...
The seventy-two were excited because demons obeyed them. Jesus is excited because the Father is revealing Himself to people. One focuses on ministry results. Jesus focuses on the relationship with the Father. Am I more excited about what God does for me than about knowing Him? Do I approach God with humility and a teachable spirit? What has God revealed to me that I once could not see? Am I grateful for the privilege of knowing Christ? "The greatest joy in the Kingdom is not what we do for God, but that God has revealed Himself to us through Jesus Christ." https://musichero.ai/music/6391842-Held-in-Your-Presence

Each question posed here points to the maturity of each person that starts that walk with the Lord. Once young and full of self awareness rather than being aware of the need for a relationship to learn to trust Him, to desire His ways and not the world views and ways. As we grow we do focus on the plan we lay out for our life when we don’t have that deep relationship. It’s only through spiritual maturity sewn together with the Love of our Father that we can see these differences. Stay humble and walk along side our Father and listen to His teachings, that is how we learn that this relationship works both ways.
Luke 9:51–56 When Rejection Reveals What's in Our Heart...
"The Kingdom of God does not advance through revenge, but through obedience." How do I typically respond when someone rejects me? Am I carrying any offense that is distracting me from God's assignment? Do I want justice more than I want people restored? Is there a situation where God is telling me to stop fighting and simply move forward? "When faced with rejection, Jesus chose mercy over retaliation and mission over offense."

In my youth I used to say “the worst thing a person can do to me is ignore me”, that sums up the spirit of rejection and shame. I didn’t know at the time why I felt that way being the tender age of 12-16 in literally an unwanted family of unknown reasons . Now I understand that the enemy was making every vain attempt to get me to by his lie of sin, shame and rejection. Gods healing didn’t happen over night it happened when I was ready to receive through faith that I was worth saving, I was worth more than the representation of rejection , shame and unwanted mess. The journey of deep healing continues daily when I saw it, I understood then that the enemy has lost his power over me in that area of my life.
Luke 9:10-17 God doesn't ask you...
"God doesn't ask you to provide the miracle; He asks you to bring Him what you have." What area of my life feels insufficient right now? What am I holding back instead of placing in Jesus' hands? Do I trust God's provision even when I cannot see the solution? "What seems too small in your hands becomes more than enough in the hands of Jesus."

What areas of my life feels insufficient right now? I was having this conversation with a friend of mine a few minutes ago. I need to communicate better. Meaning I need to speak Gods truth timely and at His motivation and unction. Sometimes I miss it, sometimes I stay quiet when I should have spoken, sometimes I say too much when silence would have filled in the missing words. I need to make repentance quicker on my lips and mean it so I am not caught off guard and tempted to by the trap or lie the enemy has set for me.
