@Adamu Idris I host webinars for first-time home buyers to generate leads, which has proven successful. Typically, I receive 20 sign-ups, out of which 8 attend. From these attendees, I usually secure 3 to 5 bookings, and depending on their stage in the home buying process, I often close a sale. Although it's a lengthy process due to the fact that I’m selling homes, and not a cheaper product it's worthwhile. I don't have to pay for leads, and I retain all contacts for future re-engagement through lead nurturing emails and other methods.
