I believe the hardest task will be competing with non licensed Agents in the market as I don’t think we have the man power to police this aspect of the industry.

Having a Multiple Listing Service (MLS) in Belize should help to make property valuations more accurate and allow us as Real Estate Agents to give our clients up to date market information. This can also help to increase exposure and minimize fraudulent listing and information. I believe it would be a benefit for us in the industry.
