I’m so happy you’re here! This space was created to support your journey into understanding energy, frequency, and consciousness in a real and practical way. To get started, be sure to explore the FREE Everyday Energy class—it’s a great introduction to how energy works and how it influences every part of your life. When you finish, I encourage you to take the short quiz at the end to see how much you’ve absorbed. Use this space to ask questions, share your insights, and start discussions! The Conscious Classroom is meant to be a community of growth and exploration, where we learn with and from each other. I’m currently developing a 10-lesson Frequency Fundamentals course—a comprehensive self-guided program that includes lectures, reading materials, and quizzes (just like a university course!) and will lead to a Certification in Frequency Fundamentals. This classroom will continue to grow and evolve, with new courses, discussions, and opportunities added regularly.
