My buddy @Uzair Khan told me recently about his favorite dish, Chole Bhature. I have never heard of it, but it sounds fascinating. I think I will try to make it. Has anyone made this or something similar? If you have, would you like to share notes? Haha

It’s Saturday… and easy and relaxed day. But you know what? Dinner still needs to happen. For me… Saturday breakfast is a pleasure and a no brainer but dinner?! I struggle :( something special, something weekendy but I don’t want to put the effort in. If the weather cooperates… BBQ is a good option but the spring weather in Nova Scotia is ANYTHING but cooperative 😢 Are there days you struggle more than others to plan? Maybe a day that’s delegated to someone else? Ooohhhhh… that’s a great idea! Ok new rule - Saturday is delegate dinner day. Let’s see what happens!
