Hello everyone I am new to this group. It has been few days I come across the meditation of the Aaron's channel. Today I did the transformation meditation from 3 D to 5D I am not aware of spirit guide,I tried to imagine them as well the answers Feeling a tightness in my chest. I am suffering from anxiety though. Would love to know the experience whoever has done this meditation
