Calculation questions: love them or dread them?
Here's a habit that helps a lot of people. Work every practice calc by hand: write the formula first, plug in your values with units, and check the units cancel before you touch the calculator. Unit slips are one of the easiest ways to drop marks you actually earned. If you're working through ASME Section I material, we put together a free formula sheet you can keep beside you while you practise: https://powerengineering101.com/asme-section-1-power-boiler-forumlas-sheet/ What calc topic gave you the most trouble, and what finally made it click?
