So I have gone to the Lenox mall in Atlanta a few times and then I leave the Lenox mall each time with a fragrance on my inside right wrist and my inside left wrist. So my rule is that the fragrances on each arm I try to make the same strength or choose it such that one is not going to overpower the other. One issue I am running into is that I frequently have to make a note to try the fragrances again because I didn't get a full smell of it most likely because I was nose blind. I also tried sniffing more gently because if you sniff to aggressively then it can replicate being nose blind. Now is there anything I can do be able to smell the fragrance better and then form a good opinion on it?

One of the apps I use for fragrance recommendations is like called Perfumist and I use it just like as a casual like okay here's what I might like so just to get an idea of what might be worth trying at a department store and such. One thing I definitely hate about that app the most is that most of my recommendations are dupes. First of all, why is that? Second of all, do I just tell myself okay let's figure out what dupe it is of and then that's the one I try or is there a way I can like prevent the app from recommending dupes?

So I was working the Ed Sheeran concert in Denver last night and it was pretty hot even though we got a bit of rain. Funny enough, I've never been a fan of gin or juniper berries and even though it garners quite a bit of compliments, D&G light blue isn't my favorite. Then I purchased a decant of Eau Givreé and it was life changing! It's a photorealistic citron with juniper and Timut pepper with a woody mineralic base. Only lasts 4-5 hours on my skin, so I had to reapply. Outstanding fragrance either way!! Thoughts?

Does Costco really sell fragrances for about $100 such as ones like Creed or Tom Ford or whatever where it costs minimum 250 at retail? Can someone explain more about this?

This is a bit of a weird question but I am genuinely wondering how I know if I like a fragrance. I sometimes can tell that I like something but then other times I'm waffling. Yesterday I tried on Tom Ford noir de noir and liked it because smells sweet at the beginning but then liked it less and less as the day went on and I was waffling cuz I like it oh I don't oh I like it and I don't I couldn't make up my mind. It smelled a little bit like more than words by Xerjoff which I tried a few days before that and love. Also I use the fragrance recommender on wiki perfume and I'm wondering how to make the most of the algorithm and not be too relaxed or strict on what I like or dislike.
