Declare Your Week, Everyone
New week. Before the noise starts, I want to anchor something simple. Thereās an old execution idea called āThe One Thingā ā the idea that progress doesnāt come from doing more, but from choosing one outcome that actually moves the needle. So hereās the prompt: What is one outcome you want to have by the end of this week? Not ten tasks. Not a vague intention. One clear thing where, if it gets done, the week was a win. It could be: - Shipping something small - Talking to your first customer - Closing a client - Fixing one bottleneck youāve been avoiding - Getting clarity on one decision Drop it below. Make it specific enough that you can come back on Friday and say yes or no. Iāll check back later in the week. Letās be intentional. You never know, someone else might find the push they need in your comment.
