You're here early! Thankfully, for those who aren't, it's never too late. Having the body you want is your birthright, and you don't have to torture yourself to have it. Just like you, I used to wake up every day, wishing I had the body that every Man wants. I've spent years trying out different methods to stay lean, and each one I tried was worst than the last. Modern advice consists of working out more and eating less, a perfect formula for slowly wearing out your body. I refused to believe that's how it worked. Some of the Things I tried were: - Intermittent Fasting - Caloric Deficit - Massive Amounts of Cardio (Long-Distance Running) - Carnivore/Keto Diet - Weight Loss Supplements NONE OF THIS SHIT WORKED LONG TERM Fasting every morning to stay lean increases your stress hormones and causes downstream side effects like impaired thyroid function and lower energy levels. Eating at a Caloric Deficit doesn't work long-term because your metabolism will adjust to your caloric intake to stop you from losing all your fat (energy). Heavy amounts of Cardio can cause you to get injured, and will never burn enough fat to compete with your shitty diet. YOU CAN'T OUTEXERCISE A BAD DIET The Carnivore/Keto Diet caused all sorts of issues due to the lack of carbs. I found myself constantly dehydrated, getting random heart palpitations, having low energy levels (unless I had coffee), and the worst part: my testosterone dropped. Weight Loss Supplements: THEY DON'T WORK In this community, I will share with you my framework for weight loss and health. I approach weight loss as a side effect of good health, and I believe you need to eat in a way that supports your metabolism so that it can burn more fat for you.
