Oooooooo 69 points until I reach level 8!!!

So... I wanted to post this because, it's not everyday I see this level of anger and passion from Gee. Can be emotionless at times ( just like me ) Gee wanted to go support her bestie in her cup final ( also some we got knocked out of and her bestie is the team that just pipped the league on Gee's team by a point ). The other team were the ones that knocked Gee's team out ( the week we had a bare 11 and main players missing ) So... We turned up they they were playing at Whythenshawe FC, they did a walk out, programme with their teams on and their names in, starting 11 and subs announced over the tannoy, a picture alongside the refs ( basically made them feel like little pros ) was brilliant... Well.... Gee had a face like thunder. Wouldn't speak to me. Long story short we left after 30mins she was in bits, tears but not of upset, of anger, of determination. I asked her what was wrong ( I didn't know at this point )... She said that could have been us (her team) I want that... She couldn't stay any longer. I waited a while and said don't let these emotions get the better of you. From today, whenever your struggling, no get up and go for exercise or sport, remember this day, channel it, use it. Allow it to drive you and use it to find that little bit of get you and go. It's the difficult days that'll define you. Ive never felt so proud. Such a mature head on her. Not everyday, you get something that allows you to drive on... Anyway happy weekend to all. I hope you all can find and use emotions for good

Thank you to everyone in J4K and in this community for the support you show not just Gee but everyone on this community it's absolutely amazing to read, and I do read them all. I appreciate im not as vocal on here a lot at the moment, but I always take time to read everyone's successes. Gee's team came up short for the league by 1 point. What an amazing season though and already preparations are being made for a pre-season plan. I'm 6 sessions into my goalkeeping journey as well. Feeling it but seeing the improvements on the 6 a side pitch and between my ears which were my main goal. Have an absolutely amazing summer. I'll post in Gee's socials and tag as much as possible but as it stands now much is happening for next week or so. A much needed rest is needed before we go hit training hard, friendlies maybe a tournament. All the best everyone
