Recording Day 1 - We have started the challenge
Hi Brothers, We started the challenge yesterday and did the morning practice this morning. You'll notice there are fewer of us than usual this round — that's on me, not on you. A landing page glitch meant fewer new men were able to sign up and join. It's fixed now, so it won't be a problem for future challenges. I recorded a shortened version of yesterday's webinar so it's easier to watch back — the video is right here in this message. If you want the full version of the webinar yesterday on How You Can Break the Nice Guy Circle and start the challenge for real, then check out the link here: https://vimeo.com/1226658929/072f010567?share=copy&fl=sv&fe=ci I'm also sending along a recorded practice for tomorrow morning. One honest note — having to own a technical mistake in front of you, and fewer men showing up, instead of quietly hoping no one noticed, is its own small crack in the Nice Guy armor. I'd rather show up, show you the mistake, and keep moving than pretend it didn't happen. It would be great to see more of you on Wednesday for our deep dive into breaking the Nice Guy pattern. Wishing you all a good challenge.

Preparation for Tomorrow Morning at 9 am CEST
Tomorrow morning, we will have our deepest session yet. (And you can still come even though, you have not been showing up so far. ) We will explore the core fixation of the Nice Guy—the strategies we developed to receive love, recognition and belonging, and where these patterns come from. In childhood, we may have experienced challenging or frightening situations where we learned: “I need to become what others need so that I can be loved, appreciated and approved of.” Perhaps you became the nice boy, the helper or the one who took care of other people’s feelings. This was not weakness. It was an intelligent survival strategy. But what protected you then may still be running your life today. Before we meet, take some quiet time to reflect: - What do I do to receive love or recognition? - What is one recent situation where this fixation took over? - What am I afraid might happen if I stop doing it? - Have I ever done the opposite—spoken my truth, set a boundary or chosen myself? What was that like? - When I look back at my childhood, can I remember a challenging or frightening situation in which I learned to become the nice boy or take care of others? You do not need to force any memories or arrive with perfect answers. Simply notice what is already available to you. During the session, we will move beyond analysing the pattern. We will meditate, practise some yoga and breathe into the body. We will meet our conditioning directly, discover what it has been protecting and explore who we are when we no longer have to please, perform or be special. Come in comfortable clothes, bring water and arrive with a willingness to meet yourself honestly. See you in the circle, brothers. I should be able to join you here. I have committed to doing a favour if taking my housemate to the airport but should be back in time.
Where and when is day 3?
Hi, looking at the calendar, there was the opener on sinday night, day 2 this morning (monday), then the next event is scheduled Wednesday titled day 4. When is day 3? It doesn't appear to be on the calendar.

We are starting 5-day Wildman Challenge tomorrow
Hi guys Most of you here are familiar with my work and have been part of my Wildman Challenge before. Tomorrow, we are starting the 5-day Wildman Challenge - from Nice Guy to a Wildman. It is a deepening of my work, and I am excited to share it with you all. You know this work isn’t about becoming harder, louder, or more dominant. It’s about becoming more honest. Many of us can recognize the Nice Guy pattern. We understand the fawning, the people-pleasing, the difficulty saying no, and the fear of disappointing someone. But knowing the pattern isn’t the same as breaking it. Under pressure, we can still abandon our ground. We manage other people’s emotions, soften our truth, apologize too quickly, or disappear when conflict becomes uncomfortable. This is especially true in intimate relationships, where this pattern can gradually become more and more dominant. Tomorrow, I’m opening a new Wildman Challenge, where we’ll look more deeply at why this pattern survives—even after years of inner work—and what it takes to begin changing it in the body, not only understanding it in the mind. Because you’ve already been part of this brotherhood, I wanted to send an extra invite. We begin tomorrow, 13th of September, at 7 pm CEST. Here is the Zoom code: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/81172698763 Meeting ID: 811 7269 8763 Come as you are. There’s nothing to prove and no performance required. But feel free to think about how you are pleasing, have loose boundaries, or make situations more nice then they are. I am looking forward to going on this challenge with you. Warm regards, Pål

Hi Pal, I hope that you have some.replays available. I was being a nice guy and supporting my girlfriend who was feeling emotional (her dog has suspected cancer). This wildman series has come at the right time for me.
