Not able to do the intensive this time but I have plenty of notes from S2S so I'm reviewing them a few minutes every day to keep myself focused. Lots of mindset things in there that I need to practice thinking on.

Ten minutes a day, every day, will outproduce a marathon session you only do once a month.

My takeaway from day 1 is that I'm not crazy for wanting the music to be the priority instead of a means to an end.
