First off I am thankful for this group, as I don't have too many people to share these experiences with other than @Ben Grant Mitchell So I just want to say, thank you for reading this post. Your time is precious and I appreciate you taking time to read it. I have very few belongings left here in Canada after I moved to Nicaragua, maybe about 15 boxes or so. This week I was told it's time to purge!! Going through old photos of Old Corrie, is beautiful and hard at the same time. Sometimes I think it was easier to walk around oblivious to what is actually happening in the world. I am grateful that I have finally woken up to my mission though!! With purging so many belongings also came the purging of emotions as well. My physical body went into complete hibernation. Migraine that felt like a steam roller was rolling over my head. I cocooned myself in blankets with my peppermint essential oils all over. 8 hours later after some pretty intense purging and loads of surrender while listening to my Vitality now BAM on low volume just to get the frequencies in, it was over! What was interesting was that half way through @Renaissance Wellness gift arrived, with Mint oil and her Rose and Lavender oil, which just happens to be the the flowers I have chosen for the cover of my new book. Plus she included some cedar, which the scent was magical to my body. I literally sat with the bag of cedar and just sniffed LOL All that being said, Old Corrie was trying to make a comeback, it would have easier to grab the Advil, however I stuck it out, and today I am a new woman. Thank you Tatum for sending me those gifts, they came at the perfect time, when I really needed them! I literally put drops all over my head. Oh and I will add one more thing. I do have a group of friends that get this, however when I shared about my experience yesterday, then I get "well just be careful corrie, you are doing what alot of people won't do, referring to me going off of synthroid. LOL Just when you think ppl get it, they don't.

I can get raw milk in AZ but we don’t have enough farms to buy raw heavy cream and raw butter. I order online which costs me a pretty penny for shipping. It’s so worth it though 😋🥰
