You’ll support with creating: - Compelling YouTube trailers for long-form videos - Professionally edited podcast interviews - Dynamic reels, shorts and social content using purposeful b-roll storytelling and music - Posting to my social channels The ideal person: - Has strong experience editing both long-form and short-form content - Understands pacing, storytelling, retention and social media trends - Knows how to use B-roll, captions, graphics and sound to deepen the message - Can identify powerful moments and transform them into compelling clips - Has a refined visual eye and strong attention to detail - Is reliable, communicative and able to meet deadlines - Feels genuinely connected to the world of healing, breathwork, spirituality and human transformation - Wants to help grow a brand with a deeper mission - Experience with YouTube growth, thumbnails, content strategy or repurposing is a strong bonus.
