Launched a one bedroom property on 22nd August, and it’s already booked until 20th September 🙌🏼 these 4 bookings have profited after 6 days woohoo!! This is my 6th R2R and it’s still as exciting as the 1st one!

Yesterday we spent approximately 6 hours scrolling through Rightmove, On The Market, Gumtree and Open Rent looking for rental properties in 3 different areas, doing the maths to see if they are a good deal then only to be told “no” by every single estate agent we contacted. Who knew it would be so tricky to find our first rent to rent!

Dont want to take anything away from @Lisa Reynolds guest status haha but Im still buzzing, i don't count my chickens before they are hatched, but. This happened a moment ago.
