Trying to upload a 2d (5sec) or 3d(8sec)video at the start of the tour in mp4 but constantly fails. What am I doing wrong? Also when i try to activate the live chat it doesn't work. I have a pro+ plan. Once I am able to upload the video is there a way to make it play and then transition straight to the first 3d picture? Thanks in Advance

Not having any luck with this camera. It produces photos that are really low quality. Text is unreadable at nearly any distance. Any ideas of a first run setup that wont get me laughed out of any tour would be great. Sooooo bad.
