this community is the only way I finally got to stick to great habits. before I joined, I was in such a bad state mentally because I thought it is about willpower, but mari and the other wonderful women I got to know in this club showed me, it’s so much more than that. they made me fall in love with the process of losing weight. I now do not focus on the number on the scale, I focus on my body, on my feelings and on my healthy habits, leading automatically to losing weight. thank you mari ❤️
