Feeling lost, stuck or overwhelmed by work, business or life?
You don’t need more noise. You need sharper awareness, better communication and a practical way to understand people, including yourself. Start with one moment today: • Notice what you’re feeling. • Ask instead of assuming. • Pause before responding. You don’t have to solve everything at once. Start with your next conversation. Where would more clarity help you most right now—work, business or life? 👇 https://www.skool.com/behaviouralintelligencelab/about
TAKE A BREATH
Nostril flaring or technical term -Wing Dilation. This is subtle cue and happens very quickly. When we are under stress and our heartbeat faster, our bodies say “I need more oxygen”, Because you about to get a shed load of adrenaline. If this happens in a social setting, instead of us taking a huge breath, our noses flare so we can take in more oxygen without alerting people to it. You will also notice this cue when someone is intently listening to someone who they are attracted to or aroused by. Always remember5 C’s Change~ spotting shifts from someone’s baseline behaviour. Context~ factoring in the environment or situation before making judgments. Clusters ~ looking for groups of signals, not isolated gestures. Culture ~ considering upbringing and background to avoid false assumptions. Checklist~ the final step, where meaning is assigned only after the other filters are applied. Let me know in the comments your experiences or any question you have. It’s $99/month. 👇 https://www.skool.com/behaviouralintelligencelab/about
