Large vs Small hammer for bonesmashing
I've been bonesmashing for 5 months and so far I've tried my fists and and a 16oz (450g) rubber mallet shown in this picture. I noticed I could get the pump very quickly with the hammer, but it leaves heavy bruising on my zygos (maybe because of the friction from rubber?). Its also hard to hit the gonians because of the surface area of this particular rubber mallet. The problem with using knuckles is that for me its very hard to get precise hits, and it takes too long to get the required pump. My question is, I have seen @Jarion Davidson use a smaller metal hammer (8oz?) - is this objectively better for smashing? both for being more precise AND getting a pump quickly?

Using a more tinier hammer is always better for precision. Im able to get a good pump on my zygos with fist, but your right, it's hard to get a gonion pump with fist. I would stick to the tiny hammer, I would invest in a couple of sizes...
debloat
how can I debloat, I have a clean diet, do a lot of cardio but I still have some face fat.

Raw Milk vs Pasteurized 🥛 The Science of Bone & Facial Development
When it comes to facial structure, jawline definition, and overall bone health, what you drink matters just as much as what you do. Here’s a detailed breakdown of how raw milk compares to pasteurized milk, and why it can play a role in long-term looksmaxxing. --- 1️⃣ Pasteurized Milk: What You’re Probably Drinking - High Heat Processing: Pasteurization involves heating milk to destroy bacteria. This process also destroys important growth factors, enzymes, and proteins critical for bone and tissue development. - Lower IGF-1 Levels: Insulin-like Growth Factor 1 (IGF-1) is naturally present in milk, but pasteurization significantly reduces its bioavailability, making it less effective for promoting bone density and facial growth. - Inflammatory Potential: Most pasteurized milk comes from grain-fed cows, which can increase omega-6 fats and systemic inflammation — counterproductive for tissue health and looksmaxxing. --- 2️⃣ Raw Milk: Nature’s Growth Tool - Unprocessed Benefits: Raw milk retains IGF-1, growth-promoting peptides, and bioactive enzymes, all of which support bone and facial development. - Fat-Soluble Vitamins: Rich in vitamins A, D, and K2, raw milk helps with calcium absorption and proper bone mineralization — essential for a strong jawline and defined cheekbones. - Grass-Fed Advantage: Milk from pasture-raised, grass-fed cows contains more bioavailable nutrients and higher IGF-1 levels than conventional dairy. This is the type to prioritize if your goal is structural improvement. --- 3️⃣ The Pottinger Cat Study: Proof Raw Wins - Study Overview: Francis M. Pottinger, D.V.M., conducted a multi-generational study on cats in the mid-20th century. Cats fed raw milk and raw meat developed: - Stronger bones and teeth - Robust growth and muscular development - Healthier overall structure and longevity - Cautionary Note: Cats fed cooked or pasteurized diets suffered from weaker bones, dental issues, and general health decline over generations. - Implication for Humans: While we aren’t cats, the study highlights the power of unprocessed nutrients and growth factors in structural development. Proper IGF-1 signaling is highly conserved across mammals.

@Shazil Khan Yo, just my 2 cents 😅 So, facial bones don’t really “stop” growing at 20 or whatever people say. Sure, the growth plates close in your teens/early 20s, but your bones can still remodel and change shape if you give them the right signals — chewing, posture, diet, even hormones like IGF-1 🦴💪. Some stuff can shift into your 30s or even 40s if you’re consistent. Raw milk or any high-calcium stuff? 🥛 It helps bone health and gives you the nutrients to make the most of growth when you’re younger, but after puberty it’s mainly keeping bones strong, not adding inches. TL;DR: jawline and cheekbones aren’t frozen at 20, but don’t expect teenage-style growth miracles 😂. Eat well, move, and your face can subtly improve over time.

@Shazil Khan it depends on your goals. Optimally 1-2 litres of raw goats milk ideally grass fed

How can I ascend I really need to get to the next level what do you guys think I can do I’m thinking of getting braces and marpe

Yo bro 😏, here’s the deal braces and MARPE can help in certain cases, but the real jump comes from dialing everything together: facial posture, soft tissue, coloring, habits, even subtle things most guys overlook. We’ll go over your full score and exactly what to focus on step by step in your onboarding, so you can hit the next level without guessing. Just keep that mindset everything ties together, and we’ll get you ascending properly 💪
