My apologies for being absent from the space last week . I just listened to the first week while walking and sitting at the beach and Im in love. These teachings are landing at the perfect time with the gentleness and clarity I've needed. Timing is so important and today I was able to be present long enough to hear and feel what was shared.. I cried .. to be expected And I did the somatic exercise which was simple and gentle. And have yet to write the journal prompts down. I just want to acknowledge the time and energy you have given for this Pedro. I am honoured to be here. 🙏
